Application Deadlines and Minimum Age
Normally, we must receive a complete set of application documents and fees no later than 30 days before the program starts. Acceptance of late applications is subject to space availability. To enroll you have to be at least 17 years of age.
How to apply?
We encourage you to apply online, but you may also print out a printable Application Form from your browser and send it by mail or Fax. Please note that you may apply online only if you pay enrollment fees and deposits online by credit card.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. In our Online Secure Form, we utilize the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) authentication and RC4 128 bit encryption technology. SSL encryption protects information being transmitted across the internet to our processing center.
If you are going to pay an application fee by check, money order or by wire transfer, please use a printable monospaced Application Form, print the form out from your browser, complete it and send your application by mail or fax.

Please send us the folowing:
- Completed application (printed or online).
- A brief autobiographical essay including reasons for wishing to study abroad.
- A non-refundable application fee of US$75 and a course registration fee of $150, and a Tuition Deposit of $200.
If you requested accommodations, please also send a non-refundable accommodation placement fee of $100 and a housing security deposit of $200 (refundable).
Please note that your application will be considered only when your payment of the above mentioned fees and deposits has been received.
Upon receiving your application and your payment of the enrollment fees and Deposits, we will send you a registration confirmation and invoice. The payment of the balance is required no later than 30 days before the program starts. Late payments are subject to a late payment fee of $60. If you apply less then 30 days before the program starts, a last minute booking supplement is required with your application (this fee is waived for domestic students).
You may pay by wire transfer, check or money order, or by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You will find payment details on the printable monospaced or online secure Application forms.
Please note that before we issue I-20 forms for international students we must receive the full payment (if the U.S. Consulate in your country refuses to issue you a student visa, all prepaid funds will be refunded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed below on this "Enrollment" page) and documentary evidence that you have sufficient funds for your stay here in USA. If an I-20 is required, then this documentary evidence must accompany the application form (if you apply online, you may fax the document or send it by mail). We are obliged to hold this information on file for the immigration authorities.
The documentary evidence can be either of the following:
- Supporting evidence of financial means (e.g. a recent bank statement) to cover tuition and living expenses for the duration of their stay
- A supporting letter of financial responsibility from the parent accompanied by evidence of financial means.
- A letter of sponsorship from a person, company or organization together with evidence of financial means
If the bank documentation is not in your name, you must attach this Statement of Financial Support form (please note: this file is in PDF format), or a letter from your sponsor. The sponsor form or letter is required to demonstrate that your sponsor is willing to finance your studies, and also that he/she understands the costs and refund policies.

Other Terms and Conditions
Medical Insurance
Health care in the U.S.A. is very expensive. Therefore, all international students must have medical insurance during their studies at our school. Medical insurance may be purchased by individuals in the home country before departure. You can also purchase a Medical Insurance in the United States.

Holidays.
Classes are normally not held and school facilities are closed on national holidays. You will receive infor-
mation on these holidays in your student packet or handbook. Compensation will not be made for public holidays.
Attendance.
Attendance is an integral part of your course and an important staple of the learning process. Neither
refunds, nor class time will be given for classes not attended.
Postponement of Courses
The office must receive written notification at least 21 days before your course begins in order to transfer the Deposits to a later course date.
Cancellation before arrival
You must inform the office in writing. If the U.S. Consulate in your country refuses to issue you a student visa you must also return the original Letter of Acceptance and I-20 to the IPSA Enrollment Center without delay. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation notification or receiving the above mentioned documents. Cancellation fees are charged as follows, and any balance is refunded less any bank charges and non-refundable items:
More than 21 business days before the course begins: Tuition Deposit
21 or less business days before the course begins: Tuition Deposit plus 20% of the Tuition fee
Cancellation after the course and/or lodging has started
In no case money will be refunded once the course and/or lodging has started. Deposits and fees are not transferable from person to person. Students are advised to take out cancellation insurance with their local provider in case they need to cancel their courses within 21 days of the start date, or while they are on the course. We reserve the right to cancel any class.
Persistent Misconduct
The School reserves the right to terminate without notice the course and accommodation of any student who persistently misconducts him/herself in classes or in the family. Cancellation charges apply as above.
Force Majeure.
It is a basic stipulation of the agreement/contract between students and IPSA or consortium member schools or representatives, that neither IPSA, nor any of its member schools or representatives, is liable to the students in cases where IPSA or the school is unable to fulfill any services to which they are contractually bound because of labor disputes or other reasons beyond their control.
